Speakers

Caroline Lavigne, CPHR

Caroline Lavigne holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations and joined the Montpetit Group team in 2002 as a recruitment consultant.

Her experience in human resources management at various law firms and companies gives Caroline a deep understanding of the challenges faced by employers and job seekers, as she is familiar with both sides of the coin. This added value is one of her greatest strengths, guaranteeing you a comprehensive view of the market.

Over the years, Caroline has become a key player within the Montpetit Group and has been promoted to Assistant Director, Talent Search.  

She’s great at earning and building trust with job seekers, she is committed to supporting, listening and advising them on their journey.  Her dedication, reliability, and desire to help make her a conscientious and generous advisor who will be an ally in developing your legal expertise in a new position.

Charly Demay

With a master's degree in library and archival science, Charly joined the Montpetit Group in the summer of 2015 to help set up our candidate database. 

Since 2019, he has been working as an advisor to candidates and clients, he is passionate about human contact and finding the best talent.

His sharp eye, his smile and his kindness is what drives him to offer the best customer service to clients, candidates or colleagues.  Charly loves juggling between different projects and spontaneously offer his support to his colleagues.  Tenacious, rigorous, he will go the extra mile to achieve his goals and objectives

With over 10 years of experience in legal recruitment and excellent knowledge of the job market, he works daily with job seekers in their professional growth and employers searching for that rare gem.
