Yes. A separate nomination form must be completed for each nominee.
No. Self-nominations are not accepted.
Yes. Finalists will be notified between October 29 and November 13, 2026. Notification of nomination will be delivered by a bailiff whenever possible, or electronically if necessary. This is why certain logistical information is collected as part of the nomination form.
Incomplete nominations or nominations that do not provide sufficient information to allow for a fair evaluation may not be considered.
This process is provided for informational purposes only. The Canadian Association of Paralegals reserves the right to modify the selection process, timelines, or any other aspect of the program should circumstances require it.
Promote the paralegal profession while providing services to our members such as quality continuing education, exchange of ideas and creating networking opportunities to help foster professional development and career opportunities.
